Bookmark the Examsoft Departments Page
Upon logging into the Examsoft web portal, you will be taken to the “My Departments” page. This page will list the departments in Questrom that use the Examsoft platform. However, once you click into a specific department, there is no way to navigate back to the “My Departments” page. The workaround to this is to save the “My Departments” page as a bookmark and then select the bookmark in your browser’s bookmark bar whenever you need to navigate back to the page.
Examsoft Status Site
If you plan to support Examsoft on a regular basis, the Examsoft Status Site will be useful to check for the current state of platform-wide service. Typically maintenance will be done during non-peak hours (e.g. 3 AM) to minimize disruption to administering exam materials. However, if there is any degraded performance or unplanned outages, they will be communicated on the status site. In the instance that a platform-wide outage occurs, you will need to wait for Examsoft technicians to resolve the issue.
